• WordPress, Shopify, and Wix website development
• Custom-coded website solutions

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% upfront payment is required to begin the project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon the website going live.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Project Timelines

• Standard website development is completed within 2-3 weeks.
• Complex designs and eCommerce websites may require 4-5 weeks.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client feedback timelines.

4. Ownership of Work

• Upon project completion and full payment, the client owns the website.
• We retain the right to place a credit in the footer (“Design and developed by irshadmakrani.com”).
• We do not hold any rights to the website after it goes live.

5. Revisions

• Revisions are negotiated during the sales meeting and agreed upon by both parties.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed terms may incur extra fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and ensuring their business practices are authentic.
• Timely feedback is essential to avoid delays in the project.
• Clients must ensure the website is secure after it goes live; we will provide basic protection and guidance on securing the site.

7. Security and Liability

• We provide basic protection and guidance for website security.
• We are not responsible for any security issues, such as hacks or breaches, after the website goes live.
• The client is responsible for ongoing security measures.

8. Termination and Refund Policy

• If a client terminates the project before or after the website goes live, no full refund will be provided.
• We retain a portion of the payment as compensation for the time and effort spent on the project.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
